Cycling on Brooklyn Bridge NYC
6 minutes one way and back: thats what it takes to cross the bridge if you have the bike lane to yourself and dont brake when rapidly descending. Though most likely big herds of tourists will block the bikelane constantly. I can understand. The views towards Brooklyn are great. On the way back the sights of Manhattan getting closer and closer with a dozens of skyscrapers are breathtaking. While passing underneath the big stone pillars, the long iron cables create some kind of spiderweb, while the river beneath flows quietly to the sea.
